Refund / Cancelation Policy

Refunds can be issued anytime before radiology report is issued or consultation is performed. After the report is issued or consultation is performed, no refund can be issued.Therefore, all credit card transactions should be considered final after services are rendered.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, customer can write to us at support@tdrk.my within 7 calendar days from the purchase date and request a refund from us. Customer should briefly explain the reason of dissatisfaction. TDRK will give a consideration and provided that the request has valid argument a refund will be provided within 30 days of receipt of the request.

Refunds are also applicable in one or more of the following situations:

  • Images uploaded by the customer are not suitable for reading by the specialist such as images of poor diagnostic quality or the image set required for proper interpretation is incomplete. In such cases TDRK will first inform the customer via the contact details registered with TDRK.

Refunds will be issued to the the same bank account if paid by online banking and to the original credit card in case of payment by credit card.
